What materials can this UV Printer print on?
The UV Printer can print on most materials for industries like signs, decoration, and electronics. This includes Acrylic, plastic, ABS, TPU, Metal (aluminum, copper), glass, ceramic tiles, wood, stone, leather, PVC, bottles, and cups.
Which printhead is recommended for the 6090 model?
The XP600 (DX11) printhead is highly recommended. It offers excellent printing quality similar to higher-end heads, is cost-effective to replace, and is original Japanese technology ensuring a reliable lifespan.
What type of ink does the printer use?
It uses UV ink (soft, hard, or neutral) suitable for XP600 or DX series printheads. While you can source ink locally, we recommend tested inks with specific ICC profiles for the best color accuracy.
Is the machine easy to set up and start?
Yes, the printer is fully installed and tested at the factory. Once delivered, you simply need to set it up, and our technicians can assist with remote software installation. You only need to add ink to begin printing.
Does this printer support Spot UV / Varnish?
