Provide warehouse booking, ship booking, warehouse entry, and container loading services within the agreed working day. Some designated freight forwarders cannot carry ink; for those cases, specialized freight forwarders must be chosen to transport the ink. During this period, shipping schedules may be delayed, and relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer. Print heads for air orders are shipped with the machine, while sea order arrangements are determined by the customer. Due to complicated marine environments, it is recommended to send print heads via DHL separately to avoid damage.

After receiving the goods, if the machine is damaged during transportation, we will assist with the insurance claim process. Please note that damage due to customer operations is not covered under warranty. We provide a year-round warranty service (excluding the ink system and print heads). Within 5 days after payment, customers can enjoy an exchange of machines at the same price or upgrade by paying the difference.
