This machine is equipped with a gripper conveying system. The impression cylinder and the plate cylinder are pneumatically engaged and disengaged. It can automatically load and unload the cylinders. The UV varnish tank is designed with a water heating system, enabling the UV varnish to maintain good flow out properties at any temperature. The whole machine uses precision imported rolling bearings for high reliability.
Coating System: High-precision ceramic anilox roller and chambered doctor blade system ensure even coating, eliminating ink splattering and reducing costs.
High-speed feeder head with four pick up and four feeding suckers. Unique maintenance-free design ensures stable paper feeding. Can be equipped with shaftless drive mode for smoother operation and reduced mechanical wear on various paper specifications.
Consists of three pull-out type UV mercury lamps for quick curing and 42 IR lamps for water-based consumables. Features full-computer stepless curing technology where UV lamp power automatically matches machine speed. Includes automatic temperature control and Teflon conveyor belt with deviation correction.
Pneumatic flapping device for neat collection. Equipped with cooling fans, pneumatic slow down device, sheet counter, and pneumatic sampling device for safer sample pick-up.
