The pellet 3D printer is a large-format, high-speed thermoplastic extrusion printer with a maximum extrusion flow rate of up to 5000 g/h and a printing speed of 250 mm/s. It can print quickly without waiting, and the nozzle can be heated to 420°C in 35 seconds. It is particularly suited for creating sizable patterns, molds, tooling, jigs, fixtures, batch production runs, and full-scale prototypes.
Featuring a pioneering screw extrusion system, it provides powerful, even extrusion force for uniform material flow and adhesion. This enhances print quality and enables high flow rates up to 5000g/h.
Designed to handle high-temperature engineering-grade thermoplastics. The silicone heating plate ensures even and rapid heating, effectively preventing warping for large-scale parts.
High-precision sensor-based auto-leveling makes operation effortless. The automatic feeding system detects material exhaustion and refills from the roller, improving reliability for long-duration prints.
Precise temperature control for high-power printing. This prevents heat creep and nozzle blockage, ensuring continuous stability during industrial production.
Standard printing sizes go up to 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm, but customization is available for workspaces up to 1600 x 2400 x 1600 mm. Additional options include 60°C constant temperature enclosures to handle high-shrinkage materials.
