The industrial pellet 3D printer is a large-format, high-speed thermoplastic extrusion system with a maximum extrusion flow rate of up to 5000 g/h and a printing speed of 250 mm/s. It can print quickly without waiting, and the nozzle can be heated to 420°C in 35 seconds, saving you valuable time. Pellets are the raw material for most plastics used in industrial molding. This series enables rapid heating and extrusion of materials ranging from PLA to high-temperature engineering-grade thermoplastics, providing strong support for industrial composite pellet printing.


With a nozzle reaching 420°C and a bed up to 100°C, the printer handles PLA, PETG, ABS, TPE, and composite materials with ease. The silicone heating plate ensures even and rapid heating across the 6mm tempered glass platform.


High-precision sensor-based auto-leveling detects platform height in real-time. The automatic feeding system detects material exhaustion and refills from the roller to the print head, ensuring continuous reliability.


Designed for high-power printing, the water-cooled system accurately controls key temperatures to prevent blockages and overheating, ensuring long-term printing accuracy and mechanical stability.
