What is the standard delivery time for orders?
Generally, it takes 7 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific timeframe depends on the items and quantity of your order.
Do you provide samples of the printing quality?
Yes, we can offer samples for free; however, customers are responsible for the courier costs.
What are your payment terms?
For payments under 5000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments over 5000 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment.
What surfaces can this 3D UV printer work on?
This machine is versatile and can print on brick walls, wall paper, metal, wood, glass, and various other surfaces.
What is the maximum printing area supported?
The machine supports a printing height of up to 2.5 meters, with no limit on the printing width.
